if we are unable to keep to our timetable and
you arrive at your destination more than
20 minutes late, when travelling with a Skånetrafiken
ticket or card in Skåne or travelling with Öresundståg outside Skåne.

Delays of 25 minutes to Denmark
When travelling to Denmark with an Öresund Card our guarantee applies to delays of at least 25 minutes. If you have any other
form of discount card or ticket the guarantee only applies to delays which occur within the Swedish border.
If your delayed
For journeys in Skåne you will be reimbursed:
- With a card entitling you to one day´s free travel in Skåne or.
- If you were forced to complete your journey by other means, we will reimburse your taxi or car costs up to SEK 500.
If the delay occured while travelling to Denmark with an Öresund
Card you will be compensated with a return ticket with the same
validity as your Öresund Card.
The travel guarantee applies to the whole journey. The Travel Planner "Reseplaneraren" on our website at clearly shows which travel alternatives are covered by the travel guarantee. These are marked with the green guarantee symbol. In cases where the guarantee does not apply to the whole journey, this is because the time between connecting buses or trains is less than 10 minutes.
